We will tentatively hold a reservation for 14 days after we confirmed the date for your tour. A large portion of the expenses associated with you trip is incurred long before its departure. Also, the chance of filling your place when short notice is given is very minimal. It is for these reasons that the following is in effect:
We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance, and extended medical health insurance including emergency evacuation insurance. If you require evacuation for any reason, the expense incurred through the evacuation will be your responsibility.
Extreme unfavorable weather and snow conditions or other reasons beyond our control, can be the cause for a trip cancellation. Wild 'n' Rest Adventures has the right to cancel or make reasonable schedule changes for the safety of our clients. We reserve the right, although unlikely, to cancel a trip. If we are forced to cancel your trip for any reason, a full refund will be made, or we shall reschedule your trip.
Wild 'n' Rest Adventures does everything possible to assure that all trips we undertake are safe and best outfitted. However, dog sledding and winter activities are not without risk and you as a potential participant must be willing to assume this risk. Prior to tour departure you will be asked to sign a waiver to release Wild 'n' Rest Adventures, their owners, operators and guides from all responsibilities.
