We operate a family hunting/guiding lodge in the Northwest
Territories above the Arctic Circle. Our family has lived in the Tuktoyaktuk
and Rendezvous Lake area all our lives, as well as our parents, and their
parents. We used to have a trapline in the Rendezvous area which covered
thousands of acres of land. Now we run a small lodge that can handle ten people
that at a time. From this lodge we run hunting parties, fishing groups, wildlife tours, and photography parties. Rendezvous Lake is located 172 miles
northeast of Inuvik within the tree line. Those who wish to pinpoint it must
look for lat/long 68.52N/27.01W.
In this area of the Northwest Terrorities there have been many great hunts and viewing of different wildlife. Please click on what interests you.

You can fly up to Inuvik on a Boeing 737 jet via Edmonton on Canadian Airlines, or Air Canada. There are also flights from Whitehorse which is located in the Yukon. It is your responsibility to pay for your way out to our lodge. You can arrange with the charter airline company yourself, or let us do it. You will fly from Inuvik to Rendezvous Lake by a Cessna 180/206 float plane, and the trip will take about 1 1/2 hours.
For more information write or phone Billy Jacobson, Box 162, Tuktoyaktuk, N.W.T. X0E 0T0 867-977-2406. If you cannot get an answer at that number, you can contact Northern Airlink by phone/fax at 867-979-2800. They will answer your questions or relay them to Rendezvous Lake by radio phone.
